What is a Measurement Strategy?
A measurement strategy is a holistic and tailored measurement approach that aligns and enables capability growth to organization strategy and objectives. A measurement strategy includes both qualitative (Behaviors, Practices) and quantitative (Performance Metrics, OKRs) sources of data on one unified rating scale to quickly determine current state, progress toward the goal, and improvements needed to realize the strategy and objectives.
